According to LEC official tweets, they had tweeted as early as the day of the disaster, stating that they would provide aid to the disaster area.

LEC is the first "decentralized public welfare fund" in the world, which is completely managed by the smart contract. The contract will automatically issue the public welfare fund once the vote been passed!
The proposal on LEC's official website shows that the fund-raised will be equally distributed to some cities in Germany and China that are greatly affected by the flood!
